Happy New Year!
I hope everyone had a pleasant holiday season and is ready for 2012! SPG is busy these next few months with a plethora of shows, a new album, and yes- the comic!

I used to be subscribed to Heavy Metal a long time ago when dinosaurs roamed the earth. (80's, 90's) I think this is great and comparable to some of the amazing art and out of control stories in HM. Especially the inexplicable recurring grinning apples and the cow sticking it's tongue into a bucket labeled "food." Used to like: HM, Mad, Conan, anything Conan related, Shatter, Groo, and a really weird one called Moonshadow.

I just read through the 15 pages of comic that you've published and I'm in love. <3 So quirky and fucking adorable. It was totally a whim for me to find you guys in the first place! Thank Facebook for that! And an attendance to a Steampunk Convention in Cincinnati, OH last night in which the DJ played VNV Nation & Rocky Horror the entire night that made our troupes sit down and question WHAT kind of music is steampunk? I think we've found it--and we're in love. :]

Artistic style
Your style reminds me of Johnen Vasquez's a lot. Like an even more stylized version of Johnny the Homicidal Maniac. I love it!

I just found out about Steam Powered Giraffe three days ago and found the comic today. I'm in love. <3 I love the creativity, the characters, the art, the character development, the way the performances and the comic connect to each other, the whole 'greater universe' thing going on. Just freaking love it. You guys are wonderful in all of the best ways!

I read this once when I first got into Steam Powered Giraffe. I thought it was just quirky and adorable. months later I come back, and I read it in The Spine's and Rabbit's voices, and it makes it so perfect. I love the art style, and I can't wait to see how The Jon reacts to this new human girl.

I really appreciate the style you use in these comic strip; it is quite Tim Burton-esque and very much compliments your music. With that said it is quite unique and should be printed properly so I can purchase each edition ;)Don't go with DC if they eventually offer the comic book print that you deserve because they are terrible (Go Marvel) :3

Schedule for 2014
We are planning a holiday for our family and there is 11 of us in all and we were wondering where you are performing at or when you start performing or setting up your schedules. Our holidays will prob be in Feb 2014 or April 2014. Our granddaughters aND grandsons love your performance and would like to see you all in person and not just on youtube. Of course I also really enjoy your music as well. Thanks Helen
